General Terms of Purchase
General Terms of Purchase and Delivery apply to all orders in which Alterga acquires or plans to acquire services or orders and plans to purchase goods from third parties (suppliers).
General Terms of Purchase and Delivery are binding for the parties to contracts concluded by Alterga, where Alterga, based on an order or contract, orders services or buys goods regardless of their value.
General Terms of Sale
General Terms of Sale of Supplies and Construction Works apply to all orders for which Alterga performs or plans to perform deliveries or construction works, including the “design and build” formula and related services with them, to third parties (contracting authorities). General Terms of Sale of Supplies and Construction Works bind the parties to contracts concluded by Alterga, where Alterga, based on an order or contract, performs deliveries or construction works regardless of their value.
