Alterga Engineering has signed a new contract

We are proud to announce that Alterga Engineering is starting cooperation with Energoinżynieria on a comprehensive project concerning the power transmission system for the emergency power plant in Turku.

This is a project that requires specialist design expertise, experience in the field of power engineering, and a meticulous approach to technical analysis. Alterga Engineering’s scope of work includes, amongst other things:

• development of the technical concept, including the single-line diagram (SLD), site layout of the substation, high-voltage line routes, and preliminary arrangement of power transmission system equipment
• carrying out specialist analyses, including a simulation model of the synchronous generator, reactive power management analysis in accordance with NC RfG requirements, and short-circuit analysis for the correct selection of equipment and cables
• preparing design documentation, including the construction design, technical design and bill of quantities
• providing design supervision during the project’s implementation.

Participation in this project represents another step forward for us in developing Alterga Engineering’s expertise in advanced design studies for the energy sector. We are delighted that the #AltergaTeam will be applying its expertise to a project of significant importance for the safety and stability of the power system in Poland.
