Final technical acceptance of the 400 kV Jasiniec – Pątnów power line

We are proud and pleased to announce that in October we carried out the final technical acceptance of the 400 kV Jasiniec – Pątnów power line with PSE SA. The aim of the investment was to improve the reliability of power supply to the area of northern Poland, in particular the Bydgoszcz region; to create conditions for power evacuation from renewable and conventional sources; and to eliminate the risk of losing the stability of the National Power System (KSE, Krajowy System Elektroenergetyczny).

The route of the new, double-circuit 400 kV Jasiniec-Pątnów line runs through the area of thirteen communes from the Wielkopolska Voivodeship: Kazimierz Biskupi, Konin, Ślesin, Skulsk and Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship: Jeziora Wielkie, Strzelno, Janikowo, Pakość, Inowrocław, Złotniki Kujawskie, Nowa Wieś Wielka, Solec Kujawski and the city of Bydgoszcz. The length of the newly built line is approximately 222 km.

The project “Construction of the Pątnów – Jasiniec power line along with the extension of the substation in this line” was co-financed by the European Union Cohesion Fund under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020. The co-financing agreement was signed with the Ministry of Climate and Environment on September 10, 2021.
